Ohio state flag redesign

Design and symbolism

Ohio possesses one of the great state flags, and I have no intention of changing its iconic swallowtail burgee shape or the central Buckeye design. My only adjustment addresses the somewhat chaotic placement of the stars. While the current separation commemorates the original colonies and the states leading up to Ohio’s admission, this is a flag for Ohio, not the thirteen colonies. I have neatened the layout by arranging all the stars in a unified circle surrounding the Buckeye.This change maintains the flag’s historic symbolism while creating a cleaner, more cohesive visual focus on the state's central emblem.
