Design and symbolism
My design features a wide green hoist with two large stars to represent the Upper and Lower Peninsulas. I flipped the top star so the points more closely mirror the physical orientation of the Straits of Mackinac.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands throughout Australia on which these federal divisions are drawn and pay my respects to their Elders, past and present.
