Design and symbolism
Maine had the opportunity to use a unique and interesting flag back in 2024 when the 1901 design was proposed. Unfortunately, the people of Maine decided to keep their current boring seal on a blue bedsheet. I would not hesitate to use the newly created version by Adam Lemire.
