Design and symbolism

Colorado is 99.9% of the way to a perfect flag, but that final 0.1% is a design itch I have to scratch. It has always bothered me that the edge of the “C” doesn't align with the boundary of the central white band. This minor adjustment fixes the alignment, bringing a sense of geometric order to one of the country's best existing designs.
