Arkansas state flag redesign

Design and symbolism

There is a half-decent flag hidden here, but the name tag and the generic red, white, and blue palette aren't up to scratch. My redesign strips the design back to a green and white scheme to reflect the natural landscape while stepping further away from Confederate references.Removing the name badge allows for better spacing around the four central stars. These now represent the four nations that have ruled the land: Spain, France, the USA, and the First Nations.
